Silhouette Urban Mind body Fitness is dedicated to help women feel strong and secure in their mind and body. We do not believe in the word cant and we will show every woman that they are capable of achieving any goal. Silhouette, is a place where you can come and feel at home, and at the same time acquire a great education about your bodys ability to do amazing things and most importantly have fun! We encourage you to try our club, meet our staff and members, see our service for yourself on a daily basis, and then join if we meet your standards and expectations. So lets walk you through what we have to offer --Our Trainers- A one-on-one trainer will guide you through your workouts offering tips and feedback so you can get the best results from your efforts. Personal trainers are great motivators who can keep your workouts updated, fresh and interesting. Trainers focus on any aspect of your fitness program you feel needs special attention; including cardio vascular training, injury prevention and imbalances, exercise modification and even meeting a specific training goal. We offer everything from nutrition plans, self defense courses, Pilates reformer lessons, athletic training, slow motion training, and even customized workout plans.Our Classes To see maximum results out of every class, train with our Certified Group Fitness Instructors. Our Instructors can help fine tune your form, enhance the effectiveness of each exercise, improve your skill level and increase your confidence in class. With your Instructors individual direction and personal attention, you will work at your own pace and fitness level, progressing at an optimal rate. You can choose from any of the group exercise classes we offer such as, Yoga, Turbo Kick, Salsa, Pilates, Zumba and much more. One of the great things at Silhouette is your classes will always feel like a small group training session as we do not have 30 women in one class but instead a maximum of 15 and you never have to register for any class just come right in!Juice bar The Juice Bar is a great place to chat with the staff and meet other members. In addition to the water, and freshly made fruit and vegetable juices, we also offer protein shakes, smoothies and gourmet coffee. If you need added energy, have a juice or protein shake before or after your workout.Our SpaceOur space was designed by a Feng Shui artist in order to provide our clients with a calming and relaxing atmosphere here at Silhouette. Feng Shui is an ancient art and science developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure the health and good fortune for people inhabiting it. Feng means wind and shui means water. In Chinese culture wind and water are associated with good health, thus good Feng Shui came to mean good fortune. We do not believe in using TVs or having members carry cell phones on the floor because we believe you should not be distracted from your exercise or breathing rhythm, concentration is key. We even went as far as having custom colored paint on the walls to provide you with a serene backdrop as youre working out. Remember in order to get an effective workout your concentration must be 100% and we will do our best to keep you centered. We want Silhouette to be your space away from the hectic urban lifestyle that so many women have grown accustomed to. When youre here its not about doing twenty things at once its about taking a deep breath, exhaling out and just focusing on making your body stronger and healthier.

NUTRITION
The menus in the Silhouette eating plan are designed for maximum fat-loss effectiveness and nutritional value. For best results, follow them exactly.Every attempt has been made to utilize current popular brand names and accurate calorie counts, which are listed in the menus. But as you probably realize the products are sometimes changed or discontinued. If a listed item is not available in your area, you’ll need to substitute a similar product. Become an informed label reader at your supermarket. Ask questions about any products you don’t understand.It is the first step in taking responsibility for your own health. We’ve also included choices that could be purchased at most health food stores. (You will recognize the health food store choice by an asterisk next to it). When a grain is listed, it is always preferred that you choose a whole grain. Whole grains are broken down by the body at a slower rate which gives you long lasting energy that is released at a much slower rate than refined flour. It is worth mentioning again that it is important to become an informed label reader.
